Catherine Booth House | Administered by the Salvation Army. It is a statewide residential rehabilitation service for women. Located in Sydney South West Area Health Service. It provides a segregated residential service for women. |
Cyrenian House Tel: 9550 0784 | A 12 bed long-term residential treatment facility for the treatment of adult men suffering from illicit drug, alcohol and other addictive problems. Will only accept males 21+. |
Fairlight Centre Tel: 9949 1832 | Offers support for homeless, alcoholic or drug dependant men aged 18 and over, during their recovery and transition into mainstream society. The service also provides overnight care for intoxicated people through the Intoxicated Persons' Unit (IPU). It has 24 hour support staff and residents can be bathed, given food, accommodation and clothing. |
Foundation House | The Construction Industry Drug and Alcohol Foundation (CIDAF) - through Foundation House - provide a range of drug and alcohol services specially targeted to the needs of building workers, including a residential rehab program, assessment, counselling relapse prevention services, and family support to construction industry personnel. |
Freeman House Tel: 6772 4475 | Freeman House admits men and women over 18 years of age who have detoxed from alcohol and mood altering substances prior to admission (they do not take clients on mind or mood altering medications) and offers individual counselling, group work, AA, NA, GA & other 12 step meetings. |
Jarrah House Tel: 9661 6555 | Residential treatment facility for women and children. Provides rehabilitation, detoxification and counselling. |
Kathleen York House Tel: 9660 5818 | Offers a residential rehabilitation programme for Women who wish to recover from drug & alcohol addiction and who may also experience dual disorders. |
Lyndon Withdrawal Unit Tel:(02) 6362 5444 | The Unit predominately services the population of Central West NSW and offers a Residential Detoxification Service and a four week Residential Living Skills Education Program. The detoxification service is primarily for illicit drugs but other drugs are catered for, including methadone. Calvary AODS O'Connor House Tel: (02) 6925 4744 | O'Connor House is a state wide residential rehabilitation service for individuals 17years and above. The service provides assessment, and a three-week residential rehabilitation service, including detoxification for alcohol and cannabis dependent individuals. |
Odyssey House Tel 9281 5144 | Provides a range of services including detox, rehabilitation, counselling and referral services. When appropriate, dependant children of residents may also receive accommodation and support to help minimise the adverse effects of their parent's problems. |
Oolong House Tel: 4422 0644 | A residential treatment for aboriginal and non-aboriginal men who wish to regain their lives and manage provlems linked to alcohol and other drugs. |
Phoebe House Tel: 9567 7302 | A residential treatment service for women, with children, who are currently on a program of methadone maintenance. The therapeutic program at Phoebe House provides therapeutic groups, counselling, education and support around drug dependence issues and social, material and personal well-being for women and their children. |

| Rehabilitation, assessment, referral and counselling services. Also provide a telephone support and referral service for young people.
Programs include: PALM (Program for Adolescent Life Management) - a residential program of up to three months for young people aged 14 to 18 years with serious alcohol or other drug related difficulties who wish to take back control of their lives. Telephone enquiries and referrals can be received Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. |
The Buttery | The Buttery therapeutic community offers a residential therapeutic treatment program with statewide catchment. |
