A Regulatory Impact Statement for the extension of substances controlled under the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 1958 This proposal aims to implement a national form of licensing. It also enables the Australian Government to meet requests from the UN Secretary General for pre-export notification of precursors in a cost effective manner.
